His approach
It starts with understanding you.
Dr. Torres’s approach begins with listening: how you feel, what your day demands, and what you want to get back to. He combines hands-on care with a practical understanding of movement, so each visit has a clear purpose.
PrimeVita brings that care into your everyday life. Whether you meet at home, at work, or another agreed location, the focus stays on thoughtful assessment, personalized care, and clear guidance along the way.
Beyond the treatment room
From professional sport to everyday movement.
Dr. Torres has worked with professional athletes from the NBA, MLB, and NFL, as well as recreational athletes and people who simply want to move more comfortably. Those experiences have reinforced something central to his approach: every person’s goals deserve thoughtful, individual attention.
Whether you are preparing for competition, playing pickleball on weekends, or hoping to enjoy everyday life with less pain, his focus is on understanding what movement means to you and the activities you want to keep enjoying.
